Stairstep 1

PVs of products purchases from personal or group sales are credited to this stairstep which are accumulated monthly to determine the percent level of the member distributor to be applied on CVs for computation of personal rebates/bonus.  The monthly accumulation of PVs up to 60,000 PV  gives opportunity for everyone to become DIRECTOR.  While at this stage, minimum 1,000  Personal PV Purchase per month is required to enjoy personal rebates and group performance bonus from group sales.  If a member's whole family become users of Gano Excel products for health protection, 1,000 PV is possible. 

Stairstep 2

While group members' PVs are accumulated monthly, everyone has the opportunity to become Directors.  This helps everyone to achieve higher positions and percent level due to promotion of members under them.  More leg members promoted, the greater the possibility of promotions to higher positions.   HELPING OTHERS BECOME SUCCESSFUL WILL HELP EVERYONE BECOME SUCCESSFUL!  Reaching this stage,  will let everyone enjoy additional leadership bonuses and other incentives.  At this stage,  a monthly maintenance of 3,000 Personal Group Point Value (PGPV) is  required to enjoy such bonuses.(Personal PV + Non-Director Group PVs)
